Business Owners
Whether you have five employees in a law practice or fifty in a manufacturing business, Barron Financial is committed to helping you and your business succeed. We offer Portfolio Management services for business principals and Retirement Plan Services aimed at helping both plan sponsors and employees reach their financial goals.
Every business is different, and so is every business retirement plan. Barron Financial will work with you and your administrative team to select the investment choices and plan parameters. We can help coordinate the entire process and offer flexibility that lets you take on as much, or as little, of the plan oversight as you wish.
If your business doesn’t currently offer a retirement plan (401(k), SIMPLE IRA, etc.), maybe it’s time to consider one. Retirement plans don’t have to be excessive in cost and can help attract and retain quality employees.
Small Business Owner Case Study
A local CPA referred us to, and coordinated contact with, a local attorney who felt like he needed to get a better handle on his finances. We met as a group and after explaining our investment process and research techniques the attorney decided he wanted Barron Financial Group to manage his personal portfolio. Questions from the CPA included how to take better advantage of the earnings generated by the attorney’s practice.
We looked at history and it was clear that some years had much greater revenues that others. We researched options and found a way to build a retirement plan that allowed the attorney to make a substantial contribution to his plan each year along with a further augmented contribution in the larger revenue years. He was similarly able to make substantial contributions for his wife, who had an administrative role at the firm. The client has since referred others to Barron Financial Group.
